CrossFit is a fitness program strategically crafted around real-world activities. In our daily lives, we frequently engage in actions like bending down to pick up objects, lifting items overhead, squatting, standing up, and chasing after our children. CrossFit equips you to excel in these activities and more by incorporating these precise movements into our workouts. We draw inspiration from various disciplines such as Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning (such as running and jump roping). Our workouts are designed to keep your body constantly adapting, leading to increased strength, speed, and overall conditioning. The cornerstone of our program is intense effort, which results in rapid and enjoyable fitness improvements.

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc., hard and fast. Five or six days per week, mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports."
