  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    Contact us through our online form.


    Amy will respond and find out more about your unique situation to determine the most efficient and effective measures to take to get you to where you want to be as soon as possible. There is never a right or wrong way, just the way that works best for you and gets you the long-term changes that you desire.

  • Do I need a script from my doctor?

    This depends on your situation and if injury has already occurred. Amy attempts to set clients up for success so that they remain healthy and functioning because this allows for minimal downtime when life strikes. Call Amy to decide if this will be a required step to take or not.

  • Do you take my insurance?

    At this time, we are an out-of-pocket provider only. However, as a licensed physical therapist providing services, depending on the nature of your issue, can qualify for HSA AND/OR be put towards deductibles.


    Invoices and therapy ICD-10 codes will be available for clients to submit through their own insurance companies. Make note that some insurance companies will require a script from a certified medical professional, e.g. MD, DO, or NP.
